A long time ago, before the world changed so much, before we encountered ourselves in this new way of living, someone wrote a letter for its future self. This letter contained the formula for a better living. It stated some discoveries both from a scientific and an intuitive point of view. Unfortunately this person hid it so well that although we know some of it, we still need to find the totality of its pieces.
